Duilink Terms
These terms govern the use of Duilink, including personal MyPages, QR codes, vCards and links shared by users.
1) Nature of the service
Duilink lets users create a personal contact page reachable through a link, QR code or NFC support.
2) User responsibility
The user is responsible for data, text, links, images and logos uploaded or entered in their MyPage. Only content the user has the right to use and share may be published.
3) Prohibited content
- Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory or rights-infringing content.
- Personal data of other people published without a valid basis or authorization.
- Links to malware, phishing, scams, spam or unlawful services.
- Use of the service to impersonate another person or mislead others about identity.
4) Removal and suspension
Duilink may remove content, disable MyPages or suspend accounts in case of abuse, security risk, breach of these terms or legitimate requests from authorities or affected parties.
5) Reports
To report abusive content, unauthorized personal data or security issues, write to info@duilio.cc and include the MyPage URL, reason for the report and a contact for follow-up.
6) Availability
Duilink is provided in an early/MVP phase. Changes, maintenance, temporary limitations or interruptions may occur.
7) Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Duilink Privacy Policy.
