Cameras · Inspections · Results
Your complete vision system.
At the right price.
More inspections, on your Windows PC.
Connect a camera. Teach what to find. Inspect position, measurements, codes and text in one Windows application.
Start with hardware you already own: reuse a compatible Windows PC, including one connected to cameras over the network. From USB webcams to high-resolution industrial GigE cameras, choose the source that suits your inspection. Validate compatibility and performance on your configuration. The software does not include a PC, cameras, lenses or lighting.

One workspace, multiple tools
What do you want to inspect?
Start with your part. Choose your tools and build the job, one inspection at a time.
Bring results into your cycle.
Statistics, archived images and Modbus TCP communication.
Explore the toolsYour workspace
The image at the centre.
Everything else within reach.
Configure tools, test the sample and inspect results. From the same workspace.
Your inspection, in view
See the values. Drag the limits.
Adjust your inspection.
Histograms show the distribution of acquired results. Move adjustable limits directly on the charts, including during operation, and observe subsequent acquisitions.
Values near a threshold? See them.
Compare values and limits without searching through settings menus. You drag adjustable thresholds; the distribution continues to represent measured results.
A rejected part, a cause to inspect.
Review filmstrip images and identify the tool that rejected the part. Thresholds must follow part requirements: moving them changes the acceptance criterion.
Cameras and automation
Choose where to look.
Connect results to your cycle.
From webcams to industrial cameras
Reuse a USB webcam or choose a network camera, including high-resolution industrial GigE models. Check the model, drivers and protocol: choose hardware to suit the part and inspection.
Multiple cameras and jobs
Configure different viewpoints and inspections. Camera count and timing depend on the PC, acquisition and processing; multiple cameras do not imply synchronized acquisition.
Your application’s PC
A new dedicated PC is not always necessary. Install DuiVision on an existing compatible Windows x64 PC, including one networked with the cameras. Processing power, network bandwidth and acquisition must support the required resolution and cycle time.
PLC and LabVIEW
Select the job, trigger an inspection and read results and values through supported connections. Modbus TCP and integration kits help connect the software to your system.
DuiVision AI
Add AI to your inspection.
An optional extension to combine image analysis with vision tools. Choose the configuration to validate for your application.
Services through APIs
Images are sent to the configured service. Supported models, data handling and provider charges depend on the selected integration.
Local server
Processing can be configured on a compatible local server. Validate models, hardware requirements and connections before integrating it into the cycle.
AI is not required for traditional inspections. It is a separate component: availability, licensing and configuration costs must be checked and are not automatically included in the base software.
Discuss your AI inspectionHow it works
From the bench to your first job.
Connect the camera
Adjust lighting, focus and acquisition area.
Teach the sample
Define the search, tools and acceptance limits.
Test and save
Validate good parts, rejected parts and missing parts.
Tell us about your part
An inspection to build together.
Describe your part, the inspection, the required cycle time and any PC or cameras already available.
Evaluation release for developers and collaborators. Validate your job before production use.
