DUILIO FPV Terms

These terms define the baseline rules for using DUILIO FPV, including account access, Garage, remote-control operation, device sharing, downloads and technical support.

Version: duilio-fpv-terms-v1-2026-05-23 - Last updated: 23 May 2026

1) Early access status

DUILIO FPV is in active free early access until September 30, 2026. Features, installers, backend APIs, Garage functions and hardware integrations may change while the system is being validated. After early access, personal use may require a small initial contribution; business packages, setup and support will be quoted separately.

2) Account responsibility

3) Operational safety

4) Remote-control limitations

Remote control depends on network quality, PC stability, Raspberry/vehicle state, power, radio coverage, latency and configuration. DUILIO FPV cannot guarantee uninterrupted control, deterministic timing from the PC, permanent availability or suitability for every machine.

5) Sharing and authorized pilots

6) Downloads, software and updates

Installers and packages may be provided through the personal area/Garage. Users should keep the software updated and should not redistribute private builds, tokens, configuration files or WireGuard profiles unless explicitly authorized.

The Windows app, Raspberry software and any DUILIO F4 tools may have separate update cycles. Downloads from the personal area link version, account and Garage state. Early access builds may be withdrawn or replaced if safety, stability or compatibility issues are found.

7) Hardware

Hardware is not included by default unless explicitly quoted or supplied. Users may source compatible hardware independently, but they remain responsible for integration, wiring, testing, electrical safety and mechanical safety.

7-bis) Software and DUILIO F4 paths

The software-only path uses a Windows PC and Raspberry Pi onboard. The software + DUILIO F4 path adds real-time control, I/O and safety-oriented functions for more important or robust machines. Using DUILIO F4 does not remove the user's responsibility for testing, wiring, integration and operational safety.

8) Prohibited use

9) Availability and support

The service is provided on a best-effort basis during early access. Features may be suspended or changed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention or technical reasons. Assisted business packages may be quoted separately.

Before full commercial publication, installers, licensing, EULA and third-party notices are validated progressively. Non-essential functions, such as embedded map/minimap, may be temporarily excluded or reintroduced through an external browser window.

10) Liability

DUILIO FPV is a technical remote-operation system. The user is responsible for evaluating risk, testing safely, supervising operation and complying with applicable laws. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DUILIO is not liable for damage caused by unsafe use, incorrect installation, third-party hardware, network failures, user configuration errors or unauthorized sharing.

11) Privacy

Use of DUILIO FPV involves personal and technical data as described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.

12) Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after publication of updated terms means acceptance of the updated version, where legally permitted.
